Privacy Policy

When you check out, we collect the information needed to fulfill your order: your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address. This is collected directly through our payment processor, Stripe, during checkout — we don't operate a separate account system, and we never see or store your full card details.

We don't require an account to shop with us. All orders are placed as a guest.

We use your order information to process payment, fulfill and ship your order, and contact you about your order if needed. We don't use your information for marketing emails or sell it to anyone.

Fulfilling an order requires sharing some of your information with the services that make that possible:

• Stripe processes your payment. Stripe handles your card details directly — we never receive or store them.
• Printify prints and ships your order, so we share your name, shipping address, email, and phone number with them for that purpose.

Both Stripe and Printify have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data as independent processors.

Your shopping cart is stored locally in your browser (using localStorage) so it persists between visits — this data stays on your device and isn't sent to our servers. We don't currently use analytics or advertising cookies on this site. Stripe's checkout page, hosted on their own domain, may set its own cookies as part of processing your payment securely.

We keep order information for as long as necessary to fulfill orders, handle any returns or disputes, and meet our tax and accounting obligations.

You can email us at support@thefancycherry.com to ask what information we hold about you or to request it be deleted, subject to what we're required to retain for legal or accounting purposes.

This site is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and revise the date at the top.
