The Fancy Cherry is a print-on-demand clothing brand. Products are printed and shipped per order through our fulfillment partner, Printify, once payment is confirmed.

Prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout — we never see or store your full card details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable inventory; if we cancel a paid order, you'll be refunded in full.

No account is required — every order is placed as a guest.

Shipping timelines are described on our Shipping Policy. Return and refund eligibility is described on our Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

We try to keep product descriptions, images, and sizing accurate, but colors and details may vary slightly from what's shown due to print-on-demand production and display differences between devices.

All designs, graphics, logos, and site content are the property of The Fancy Cherry unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, resell, or repurpose our designs without permission.

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

This site and its products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Fancy Cherry is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of our products.
